PDI competition for every member to enter!

This is an individual competition in which every member of a CACC club may personally enter one digital image.

There are no club scores. The images are shown individually in random order and scored on their standalone merits. Three judges each score the images out of 5 – making a top score of 15.

This competition has PAGB Patronage, meaning that the judges will collectively award PAGB Gold, Silver andPAGB Bronze medals, and three PAGB ribbons.

The images will be judged at Championship Day in Amersham on Sunday 18th March 2018.

  • One digital image per person
  • No entry fee
  • No reason not to enter!

Rules

  • Normal club image rules apply: jpg, , sRGB colour space (exactly the same as a club competition).
  • Size can be up to 1600 x 1200px (LBPC internal max is 1400 x 1050 – this is absolutely OK for the Chilterns Hundred, but you can go bigger if you want). Unlike LBPC internal comps, there’s no need to fill in the black space, but it’s OK if you do.
  • One digital image per person
  • There is no theme for the competition.
  • You can use an image that has been in a competition this year, including this year’s Rosebowl.
  • You cannot use an image that you submitted previously for the Chilterns Hundred.
  • Images (meaning the image content) entered into CACC events must be entirely the work of the author. Composite images are permitted provided all component images meet this requirement. Altering the image file size eg, to match projection, converting the colour space of an image file, or printing of an image, may be done by another person or organisation, or by the Club when preparing the image for submission.
  • The use of ‘copyright-free’ or ‘licence-free’ images is not permitted.
  • Your image must be no more than 2 years old at the start of the event season (1st September). (Age is determined by first showing at any Club event. It doesn’t matter when the photo was taken.)
