Our Fifth internal club competition of the 2025-26 season took place on Wednesday 25 March.

This was an “open” competition (ie, with no set subject) for both prints and projected digital images.

Our independent judge for the competition was Michael Lurie from Pinner Camera Club.  He has been taking photographs for over 45 years.

As ever, there was a wide variety of different approaches, styles and genres, as well as an array of different subjects.  These included wildlife (birds, dogs, insects, mammals, reptiles), architecture, people, seascapes, landscapes, canals, sunsets, street/candid scenes, still lifes, abstracts, and more.  And there was both colour and monochrome.

Each entry was marked out of 20 and the marks count towards the season’s Print and Digital Image Championships.

The top performers were as below.
