Our fifth internal league competition of the 2024-25 season took place on Wednesday 26 March.

This was an “open” competition (ie, with no set subject) for both prints and projected digital images.

The images entered provided, as ever, an exciting and diverse exhibition encompassing many subjects, approaches, and styles – including wildlife (birds, zebras, wildebeests, deer, iguana, butterfly), sunrise and sunset, reflections, landscapes, street/candid, portrait, mist and fog, close-up, action, colour and monochrome, and more.

Our independent CACC judge for the competition was Patrick Seehanach from Watford Camera Club (where he is a member of the External Competition Selection Committee).

Each entry was marked out of 20.  Marks for this competition count towards the season’s Print and Digital Image Championships.  (For the rest of this season, there are no Section Two leagues.  This is because there are so few people currently in Section Two.  The Committee are considering proposals for reorganising the leagues for next season.)
