An Evening Photo Walk – Startop’s End, Tring Reservoirs Nature Reserve.
Wednesday 1st August 2018
Meet up at 7:30 pm @ the Startops End Reservoir Car Park, located off the B489 between the Canal Bridge and the Anglers Retreat Pub (Click HERE for directions)
If you have trouble locating the group at the start of the evening or late arriving, you can contact Paul Needham on 07889 369896
Shoot until about 9:30 pm (sunset: 20:49)
End the evening with a drink at the Anglers Retreat Pub (Click HERE for more information)
In the photo walk you will have the opportunity to;
- Learn and share photographic skills
- Socialize with other club members
- Capture images for the club competitions next season
- Help plan for a future photo walks
- Socialize with other club members
- Ohh and just for FUN and some practice
Bring a camera and/or smartphone and any other equipment you can easily carry around. Bring Tripods if you have them!
Startop’s End is one of four reservoirs built as part of the canal infrastructure and is on the boundary of Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, bounded on the west by the Grand Union Canal. It is now part of the Tring Reservoirs Nature Reserve.

The park and car parks are open at all times throughout the year. There is no admission fee.
