Throughout the year, but especially during the summer break, club members organise group trips to carry on enjoying their photography.
LBPC days out are relaxed and supportive, allowing individuals to learn, share and develop technical and observational skills.
On Saturday 1 August seven members enjoyed a photo walk around the historic Fleet Street Quarter in London.
They started at St Paul’s Cathedral, exploring the narrow back streets, then made their way to Fleet Street, and on to Holborn Viaduct via Chancery Lane, before finishing back at St Paul’s Cathedral.
While some general guidance was provided, everyone captured something unique in line with personal preferences for what they like to focus on.
Members are now planning another trip to London to photograph the Diwali celebrations in Trafalgar Square during October.
